Plainfield Village ranked 122nd among cities in Connecticut by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Plainfield Village residents was $25,798 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 886 households with a population of 2,113.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Fenwick with $98,750 per year after adjusting for inflation – $72,952 more than Plainfield Village. It had 39 households with a population of 69.
