ScareCrow Contest!!! Please stop by the Prospect Public Library to pick up your scarecrow. SUBMISSIONS DUE BY OCTOBER 3rd. Winners will be announced at this years 18th annual Pumpkin Festival on OCTOBER 15th. 2022.
